Privacy Policy

Sister Arise is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of its users.

To create an account, the app requires a first name, phone number, password, and acceptance of our Terms and Privacy Policy, plus confirmation that you are at least 18 years old.

The platform may also collect optional information such as:

• Last name
• Email address
• Year of birth (optional, in profile settings)
• Marital status (optional, in profile settings)
• Country (optional, in profile settings)
• Profile bio and interests
• User activity within the app

Optional fields are never required to use core features such as circles, posts, devotionals, or live prayer rooms. Information is used to operate and improve the platform.

Users may choose to post anonymously in public areas of the platform.

When anonymous mode is enabled:

• Other members cannot see the user's identity
• Administrators can still view the identity for moderation and safety purposes

User information is stored securely and protected from unauthorized access.

Private messages, prayer requests, and personal stories shared within the platform are treated as confidential.

Users must also respect the privacy of others and not distribute conversations outside the platform.

Information may only be disclosed if required by law or necessary to protect the safety of the community.

You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account in the app, or follow the steps on our Delete Account page.
