Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your ASA account at any time. This page explains how to do it in the app, what data is removed, and how to contact us if you need help.

To delete your account yourself:

• Open the Arise Sisters Arise app and sign in.
• Go to Profile (your account settings).
• Tap Delete account.
• Confirm when prompted.

After confirmation, your account is deactivated immediately. You will be signed out and cannot log in again with the same credentials unless you register a new account.

When you delete your account, we deactivate your profile and you lose access to:

• Your profile and account settings
• Circle memberships and community posts visible as you
• Prayer requests and live session participation tied to your account
• Private messages and in-app activity linked to your identity

Other members will no longer see your name or profile in the community. Content you shared may be anonymized or hidden according to our moderation and safety policies.

For safety, legal compliance, and abuse prevention, some information may be kept for a limited period after deletion, as described in our Privacy Policy. This may include:

• Records required by law or to respond to lawful requests
• Security logs and reports related to community safety
• Backup copies that are purged on a regular schedule

We do not sell your personal information.

If you cannot access the app, you may request account deletion by email. We will verify that you own the account before processing the request.
